This market leading distribution company is seeking a Sales Administrator to provide day to day support to the Sales Team and Sales Office Manager.

You will be joining an established business that has consistently outperformed its competitors over the last three years. Owned by a global manufacturer within a specialist sector, the business has built up a credible profile with customers and suppliers alike, delivering top quality service and products across the UK branch network.

This is a key role as you will provide back up to the Sales team ensuring all customer and supplier records are kept up to date and accurately uploaded to the database and invoicing systems.

Working within a fast paced sales environment, you will be responsible for maintaining day to day contact with customers and suppliers via telephone, email and fax keeping them updated with orders and deliveries of stock.

The Sales Administrator will also ensure that all prices are updated as required. You will be IT literate so have good all round software skills and be capable of updating the Branch sales performance using graphs and charts as required. Indeed all purchase orders and sales orders are processed in SAP (so If you have used this software it would definitely be an advantage).

You will also provide secretarial support as and when required, attending meetings, taking minutes and ensuring that all action points arising are communicated to relevant members of staff. The Sales Administrator will also be responsible for sending out literature and samples to customers.
