Warehouse Manager | Weybridge, Surrey J435

This market leading distribution company is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to be responsible for managing all aspects of the Branch warehouse, cutting and distribution service.

You will be joining an established business that has consistently outperformed its competitors over the last three years. Owned by a global manufacturer within a specialist sector, the business has built up a credible profile with customers and suppliers alike, delivering top quality service and products across the UK branch network.

This is a key role within the Branch, with responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of customer deliveries. The Warehouse Manager will be experienced in planning and managing the distribution of goods ensuring you provide an ‘on time and in good condition’ delivery service.

You will also be play a key role in planning and managing the cutting schedules to ensure materials are correctly cut and packed to meet customer specification. It is the Warehouse Manager’s responsibility to ensure all stock is correctly unloaded, checked and stored in the correct locations.

You will be responsible for managing a small team, so you will have good leadership skills motivating and training staff and ensuring they work in accordance with company policies and employment laws, whilst adhering to health and safety within the warehouse at all times.

Key skills you must have include CPC Holder, FLT Licence and a driving licence and experience of driving 7.5t + vehicles.

You will be a highly organised individual, with good communication and problem solving skills, be numerate and have a ‘can do’ work ethic.
