Job profile

Your role will have responsibility for key resourcing of new 'live' client briefs. You will actively search the top job board internet boards like Monster and Reed to identify suitable applicants. You will match key skills, knowledge and background to numerous roles. You will submit short-lists to the managing consultants, book in interviews and collate up to date CVs.

You will also actively use Social media channels for research including LinkedIn. You will update job 'copy' on the Fusion Recruitment Website. Manage applications by email and phone and work day to day with Fusion's Directors.

You will also manage the relationship with a UK partner network called Team. You will build relationships with other recruitment partners in the Team Network to garner the latest jobs and network applicants from Fusion's website.

There is no cold calling involved in this role.

Person Profile. You must:

Be a degree holder

Have an excellent phone manner.

Be interested in people

Want to work in a lively fun sales based environment.

Be looking to learn in the industry of recruitment.
